Credit & Cancellation Policies: |

| 1. |
We require a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount at the time of reservation. Balances may be paid prior to the date of use, or that day. |

Personal and company checks are accepted with picture I.D. |
| 3. |
Cancellation Period: Greater than 14 days x number of vehicles reserved. If Less, no deposit refunded. |
| 4. |
GEM Transportation reserves the right to substitute cars. If the client refuses substitution, the client will be refunded any monies paid; however, no services will be provided. Reasonable and prudent care will be taken to supply client with the4 car reserved, however, due to mechanical breakdown, accident, fire, theft, etc., the possibility exists a substitute car would be necessary. In the case of circumstances out of our control, a substitute car under these conditions will bind this contract as long as a car is supplied. |

The full amount is due based upon the hours contracted. No refund is given should the client use less hours than contracted. Overtime hours are computed at the regular hourly rate in 15 minute increments, plus tip. |
| 6. |
The client agrees to reimburse GEM Transportation, LLC for any damages to vehicles caused by the client or anyone in his/her party. |
| 7. |
Rate schedules and all additional charges are attached. Once contracted, GEM Transportation guarantees its rates to remain the same. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to receiving a signed contract with deposit. |
